The Xunta de Galicia is committed to making its mobile applications accessible in accordance with RD 1112/2018, of September 7, on the accessibility of public sector websites and mobile applications.

This accessibility statement applies to the MoBT mobile application in its initial version published on corporate platforms.

Compliance Status

This mobile application is partially compliant with RD 1112/2018 due to the exceptions and non-conformities indicated below.

Non-accessible Content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons::

  1. Non-compliance with RD 1112/2018:
    • There may be issues perceiving certain elements of the mobile application, affecting requirements 9.1.1.1 Non-text Content, 9.1.3.1 Information and Relationships, 9.1.3.4 Orientation, 9.1.3.5 Identify Purpose of Input, 9.1.4.1 Use of Color, and 9.1.4.3 Contrast (Minimum) of UNE-EN 301549:2022.
    • Accessibility to functionalities of certain elements may encounter problems, affecting requirements 9.2.1.1 Keyboard, 9.2.1.2 No Keyboard Trap, 9.2.4.3 Focus Order, and 9.2.4.6 Headings and Labels of UNE-EN 301549:2022.
  2. Disproportionate burden: Not applicable.
  3. Content outside the legislation’s scope: Not applicable.

The method used to prepare the statement was a self-assessment carried out by the Agencia para la Modernización Tecnológica de Galicia (Amtega).

Feedback, complaints, and requests will be received and handled by the Xunta de Galicia. They can be submitted through the Integrated Citizen Service System electronically, by telephone, or in person, as well as through any of the channels provided in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.

Application Procedure

If, after submitting an accessible information request or complaint, it is denied, you disagree with the decision, or the response does not meet the requirements outlined in Article 12.5 of Royal Decree 1112/2018, you may initiate a claim. Similarly, you can file a claim if no response has been received within twenty working days.

The claim can be submitted through the Integrated Citizen Service System electronically, by telephone, or in person, as well as through any of the channels provided in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.

Claims will be received and handled by the Agencia para la Modernización Tecnológica de Galicia of the Xunta de Galicia.
